    You can return toys within 30 days for a full refund or exchange if they are unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Customers cover return postage unless the item is faulty. Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or within 6 months for repair or replacement, with all costs covered by us. For online orders, you have 14 days to cancel after delivery and another 14 days to return, with refunds processed within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns for personalised items, unsealed media/software, or perishable goods unless faulty. Purchases made in November and December can be returned until 15 January.
